Elizabeth Helfant serves as the associate head for academic affairs at Ravenscroft, following a distinguished 25-year tenure at MICDS. A leader in educational innovation, Elizabeth frequently presents at prominent national and international conferences, including NAIS, SAIS, NCAIS, STLinATL, and NESA.
Her current work focuses heavily on AI literacy and its transformative integration into the classroom. Elizabeth’s broader expertise spans best practices in assessment, brain-based learning, student-centered curriculum, STEM, and design-thinking frameworks. An accomplished professional development facilitator, she connects educator training directly to growth models like Danielson’s and Marzano’s to foster sustained instructional excellence.
In addition to her senior administrative leadership, Elizabeth has served as an educational consultant for over 15 years, partnering with schools to design dynamic learning environments, modern assessment practices, and forward-thinking academic programs.
