About me
Jackson has served as a client success manager at Clarity since the summer of 2023, where he partners with a broad portfolio of schools to help them achieve their financial aid goals and objectives. Prior to joining Clarity, Jackson spent 18 years at The Hotchkiss School, including 15 years as director of financial aid and three years as director of admission. During his tenure, he contributed to the broader financial aid community as a member of the NAIS Financial Aid Task Force and the Association of Financial Aid Officers (AFAO) Advisory Board.
Jackson is an experienced presenter and thought leader, having led sessions on topics such as international financial aid, professional judgment and its impact on aid awards, data-driven policy and practice, and understanding aid methodology. In addition to presenting at conferences, he collaborates with Clarity’s Client Success team to design and deliver the company’s comprehensive professional development programming.
