About me
Hilary Robinson is an accomplished independent school leader known for her strategic vision, commitment to academic excellence, and ability to unite communities around a shared mission. With more than three decades in education, she serves as associate head of school at St. Mary’s Episcopal School, where she leads institutional planning, accreditation, faculty development, and mission-aligned initiatives.
A former fifth-grade teacher and reading specialist, Hilary grounds her leadership in exceptional teaching and meaningful student learning. She has successfully guided her school through a comprehensive reaccreditation process, advancing strategic planning and long-range growth goals.
Hilary holds degrees from Millsaps College and Marygrove College and is completing her doctorate at the University of Tennessee, focusing on women in educational leadership. Known for her integrity and relational leadership, she builds strong partnerships and fosters cultures of belonging while translating vision into action.
